Family Law Council Documents. Under the Family Law Act, a report was commissioned to generate a set of guidelines to help the Family Law Council (a proxy for the Attorney General) to certify individuals and organisations to provide appropriate certification and accreditation. There are two documents that are relevant to this. The first is an 'ethos' document that explains the rationale. Download this here (272k). Finding Causes for Increasing Offenders
